not what i expected
Lise G. le 23/03/2024 I would have prefered to work alone and do more by myself: the dough was made in advance so i did not learn how to prepare it myself; the creme was prepared by the chef, we only watched it; for the things we did do by ourselves we had to work in couples. I did not learn to make to viennoiseries, I did not really practice except for the flattening of the dough. However I do have some more theoretical knowledge now. As for the results: we had to take our pastries congelated - I was not informed to do that, so I had no bag with me appropriate for that purpose. As for the atmosphere: no introduction of the workshop leader and participants. The duration of the workshop was 45min less than announced. In short: although the workshop leader was very nice, the workshop is badly organised and therefor not worth its money. I will not come back or promote your services among friends.
