For the record, we owe this classic to a young apprentice, Franz Sacher, who in 1832 replaced the pastry chef fell ill at the service of the Chancellor of Austria. Sucessfull challenge! A very soft chocolate biscuit covered with a crunchy glaze, not forgetting the fruity note of apricot marmalade... Impress your guests by learning to make a rare dessert although delicious!
